We are recruiting a Supporter Care Executive to join a busy and supportive fundraising team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administration or supporter care experience who enjoys helping people and thrives in a collaborative environment. Job Title: Supporter Care Executive Organisation: National Health Charity Salary: £15.27 per hour Contract: Temporary until November 2026 Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the office The Role As Supporter Care Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring supporters receive an outstanding experience. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing guidance and assistance to fundraisers, processing donations and maintaining accurate supporter records. Key responsibilities include: Responding to supporter enquiries by phone and email Providing information and support relating to fundraising activities and donations Supporting individuals taking part in fundraising campaigns and events Ordering fundraising materials and assisting supporters throughout their fundraising journey Accurately maintaining supporter records on the CRM database Processing donations and supporting banking administration Sending supporter acknowledgements and thank you communications Providing general administrative support to the fundraising team About You We are keen to hear from candidates who have: Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience handling a high volume of enquiries by phone and email Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Experience within supporter care, fundraising administration, membership services, customer service or a similar role would be advantageous. Experience using a CRM or database system is desirable but not essential. Why Apply?
