Key Roles & Responsibilities Assist the classroom teacher in executing daily lesson activities and maintaining focus. Organise classroom equipment, distribute learning resources, and manage classroom displays. Ensure a safe environment during morning drop-offs, lunch breaks, and outdoor play. Requirements for the Role Practical experience working alongside young children (school, nursery, coaching, or volunteering). Good communication skills and a confident command of spoken and written English and Maths. A patient, warm, and proactive demeanour with a willingness to learn on the job. An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one). Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary school team.
