Residential Conveyancer / 2+ PQE / North Yorkshire / c£45,000 DOE / Join an ambitious property team where you'll manage a varied caseload, enjoy real autonomy and help shape the continued growth of a thriving department – To apply please call Teagan on and quote Job Ref: 4796 OVERVIEW: • Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing property team, offering autonomy, quality work and genuine long term career development. • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. • Handle sales, purchases and remortgage transactions while delivering exceptional levels of client care. • Draft and review contracts, conduct searches and liaise with lenders, solicitors and other key stakeholders. • Identify and resolve potential issues efficiently while providing clear, practical advice to clients. • Maintain accurate case records and ensure transactions progress smoothly at every stage. • Play a key role in the continued growth and development of the residential property department. • Suitable for experienced Residential Conveyancers, Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and CILEX professionals. • Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently. • Strong organisational, communication and case management skills with excellent attention to detail. • Commercially minded with experience using case management systems and legal technology. • Join a collaborative and high performing team committed to delivering outstanding client service. • Genuine opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within a growing and ambitious property department.
