An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CFO of a leading entertainment and media business. This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting a senior executive with multiple business interests. We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and thrives in a dynamic environment. This is much more than a traditional EA role - you'll become a trusted business partner, anticipating needs, solving problems and ensuring both professional and personal priorities run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Managing a complex and ever-changing diary. Full inbox management, prioritising correspondence and responding where appropriate. Coordinating UK and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and logistics. Managing business and personal appointments. Providing high-level administrative support across a range of business activities. Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials. Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and external partners. Supporting finance administration alongside the finance team. Researching and arranging travel, hospitality and other bookings. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Managing ad hoc projects and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Anticipating priorities and proactively resolving issues before they arise. About You You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who enjoys taking ownership and working at pace. You will have: Previous experience supporting a senior executive or business leader. Exceptional diary and inbox management skills. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The confidence to use your initiative and manage competing priorities. High levels of discretion and professionalism. The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
