We are delighted to be representing a highly successful global venture capital firm in the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founding General Partner. The role offers true 1:1 support, combining both business and private responsibilities within a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Working closely with the Founding General Partner, you'll provide proactive, high-level support across every aspect of their professional and personal life. Responsibilities will include: Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones Coordinating extensive international travel, including private jet logistics Liaising with banks, tax advisers, lawyers and other trusted professional contacts Managing both business and private appointments, commitments and projects Coordinating high-profile meetings, investor events and CEO summits Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Working collaboratively with Executive Assistants across the global business Preparing itineraries, briefing documents and meeting materials Handling confidential information with absolute discretion Supporting ad hoc projects and ensuring priorities continue to move forward What we are looking for: Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, founders or senior investment professionals Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Calm, adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities with ease Commercially aware with excellent judgement and discretion Proactive, resourceful and naturally one step ahead A confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships Comfortable operating with complete confidentiality Someone who genuinely enjoys being the trusted right hand to a busy executive Experience within venture capital, private equity, investment banking, professional services or another fast-paced corporate environment would be highly advantageous.
