This is a fast-paced and varied Lifestyle Manager / Private PA role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a natural ability to deliver outstanding, highly personalised experiences. As the Lifestyle Manager / Private PA , you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients, handling a wide range of lifestyle requests, and curating unique opportunities tailored to individual preferences. While this Lifestyle Manager / Private PA role is often reactive, responding quickly and efficiently to client needs, there is a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships. The successful Lifestyle Manager / Private PA will demonstrate the ability to anticipate client requirements, think creatively, and proactively introduce new experiences and services. Experience & Skills Required Previous experience supporting UHNWIs Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Calm and solutions-focussed under pressure Willingness to travel when required
