Team & Assistant – Professional Services Consultancy City of London | Fully site based We’re working with a leading and fast-growing professional services consultancy to find a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support a busy, high-performing team. This is an excellent Team Assistant opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking to build a long-term career within consultancy or professional services. This is a varied Team Assistant role combining team support and project coordination, where you will play a key part in ensuring both the smooth day-to-day running of the team and the efficient delivery of client work. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, gaining exposure to high-level projects and contributing to a collaborative and driven culture. Typical Team Assistant Responsibilities: Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings across multiple stakeholders Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries Supporting the planning and delivery of internal and client-facing events Providing general administrative support to the team Assisting with project coordination, including tracking timelines and deliverables Preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials Acting as a central point of coordination across team and project activity About You: 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative, team support, or coordination role Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders A collaborative, team-oriented approach The Opportunity: Join a collaborative and ambitious team within a growing consultancy Modern office in the City of London Fully site based, typically 9am – 5.30pm Exposure to a mix of team operations and project-based work Supportive culture with regular team socials and career development opportunities
