Our Client is looking for a P/T calm, patient & experienced PA with a track record of working with creatives / in the entertainment industry. You'll need to be super tech savvy, a confident Mac user, be familiar with google workspace and have an understanding of social media, performance and production processes. The role is 15/20 hours per week but you'll need to be willing to work flexibly ie out of usual office hours when the Client is off the stage and has the time/head space to go through to do lists, diary updates etc. Base: mainly working remotely but also able to work as and when needed from a home office in North London. Start date: late August / early September Contract: Initial fixed term three-month contract with an aspiration for this to become a longer-term working relationship. Key responsibilities: Diary Management – forward planning and day to day management of diary and thorough logistical planning Team coordination – managing comms, meetings and workflow with small team of part time co-workers, management, creative partners and other external contacts. Action tracking – managing to do lists, helping to ensure workflow is correctly prioritised, deadlines are hit, nothing falls through cracks. Travel planning – precise booking and coordination of professional and personal travel needs in the UK and internationally. For upcoming UK tour this will involve liaising with a tour manager but that will not always be the case. Home life management – support for all aspects of personal life admin including home maintenance, holiday planning, medical and other bookings.
