Location: London Bridge/Southwark

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm - full time office based

Key Responsibilities:

• Log Call-Outs: Accurately and efficiently log all call-outs to ensure smooth operations


• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers via phone and email, providing top-notch support


• Complete and close jobs within our internal system, ensuring all tasks are tracked and managed


• Raise permits and verify that all documentation is accurate and complete


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular onsite visits and consistent, high‑quality service


• Provide general administrative support to the wider team, contributing to a collaborative work atmosphere.
