About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conduct Advisor to join the Conduct Team within Student Services at Bournemouth University. This is a student-facing role involving the management of student disciplinary cases, investigating concerns, applying University policies and procedures, and supporting the fair and timely resolution of matters. You will work closely with students, academic staff, and professional services colleagues to ensure a safe and respectful University environment. You will also assist in delivering awareness-raising activities and training for students on a range of conduct and safety-related topics. In addition, the role will support the administration and management of Fitness to Practise concerns for students on professionally regulated programmes, ensuring cases are managed fairly and in line with university procedures. About You You will have: Experience managing cases or investigations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A professional, fair, and empathetic approach.
