Volunteer Group Work Support (Art & Creative)

Join our Tower Hamlets Reset Recovery Team as a Volunteer! Are you passionate about creativity and making a difference? Join our  team and help deliver inspiring group sessions that support people on their recovery journey. You'll encourage participation, build confidence, and help create a welcoming space where people can express themselves through art and creativity. You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills, co-facilitate sessions, and support community art trips. Responsibilities What You'll Do Welcome and support clients in creative group sessions. Promote groups and encourage participation. Help prepare activities and session materials. Co-facilitate creative workshops and group discussions. Provide one-to-one support where needed. Assist with trips to art exhibitions and community events. Help review and develop new session ideas and resources. Re-engage clients who miss sessions and encourage their return. What We're Looking For An interest in art, crafts, or creative activities. Good communication and people skills. A positive, non-judgemental approach. Confidence, reliability, and enthusiasm to support others. This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of volunteering within the substance misuse field. You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop within the role.
