We’d love to hear from you! XLP is a vibrant youth work charity dedicated to shaping bright futures for young people. Leading the chargeagainst poverty and educational failure in inner London, we offer holistic, long-term support to 11- to 25-year-olds in both schools and communities. We’re looking for qualified and experienced Double Decker Bus drivers to join our team on a sessional basis,working as and when needed. You will be driving our mobile youth centres, converted double decker buses, to the different communities,estates and schools to deliver our community open access sessions for young people. Your role will be to collect and drive the buses across our youth work delivery locations, undertaking visualsafety checks and recording those checks and inspections and reporting any repairs and maintenance issuesand ensuring road user safety at all times. You will also be responsible for ensuring the buses are clean and fitfor purpose for the youth work sessions planned.
