An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established property sales team in South West London. This is a varied, client-facing role covering the full sales administration process. You will be supporting 2 Heads of Departments and a team, so the role requires someone who can juggle workloads and enjoys being busy. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking all property paperwork, including valuation letters land registry checks, instruction agreement documentation, offer letters, sales memoranda, exchange letter and invoices Take on process; arranging photos, floorplan, EPC and sales team property visit Supporting the launch of properties, placing on portals and matching out on the database Brochures; description, arranging photos and construction of the brochure Maintaining the online marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market Liaising with vendors Supporting Head of Sales with the Market Appraisal process Greeting clients and providing high quality customer service Ensuring invoices are created and processed promptly Conducting relevant compliance checks such as AML Compiling sales files for team members Updating internal CRM, Reapit, with all necessary changes Providing general support to the team as and when necessary Supporting the office in general administration such an ordering office supplies, stationery and printing/filing invoices Providing cover for colleagues Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the office Requirements: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Professional, confident manner with clients Excellent written communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous property or sales administration experience desirable but not essential They are a lovely and social team, and the entire company has a real family feel to it. A minimum of 1 to 2 years administrative experience is essential and previous experience in the property world is a real bonus but not essential. The right person will need excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail and grammar, be happy to muck in at all levels and have an interest in property. For the right person there is scope to grow and take on more. This role is office based 5 days per week and core hours are 8.45am - 6pm.
