Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experienced Bank Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Morgan House. You'll be working bank hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Morgan House. Morgan House is a new residential service, located in Stoke-on-Trent for five people who are ready to live more independently in the community. It will offer a safe, comfortable, homely setting to provide a therapeutic environment that empowers residents to meet personal goals and live fulfilling lives. We are looking for someone who is: Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives Experienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities and mental health An excellent communicator and a good team player Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence Your day-to-day… Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfar e needs Report on medical & welfare needs as required Safeguard all patients Maintain a safe, clean environment for all Why Cygnet?
