Duties

• Meeting and greeting visitors, clients and stakeholders.


• Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional environment.


• Answering, screening and directing incoming calls.


• Coordinating meeting room bookings and diary schedules.


• Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and couriers.


• Issuing visitor passes and adhering to security procedures.


• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous Receptionist, Front of House or Corporate Reception experience.


• Experience within banking, professional services or a corporate environment is highly desirable.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.


• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


• Reliable, proactive and adaptable attitude.
