Customer Sales Advisor (Fluent in English and French!)

Location: Wimbledon
Salary: £28k + Bonuses
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday - Fully Office Based
Start Date: August 2026
Requirement: Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)! - ESSENTIAL

About the Role

We are recruiting for a bilingual Customer Sales Advisor to join a successful and fast-growing business within the beauty and consumer products sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers and identifying sales opportunities.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service across both inbound and outbound communications while ensuring customer orders and queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.

• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and CRM platforms.

• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Proactively contact customers to identify opportunities for additional sales and business growth.

• Promote products and services, upselling where appropriate to maximise customer value.

• Support customer visits and showroom appointments when required.

• Work towards team KPIs and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English and French.

• Previous experience within customer service, sales support or account management, can be retail

• Experience working within a fast-paced B2B or customer-focused environment. ​

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. ​​

• Comfortable using CRM systems and other business software. ​​

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. ​​

• A proactive and positive approach to customer service and sales. ​​

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. ​​

Desirable

• Experience within the retail, consumer products or FMCG sectors. ​​
