We’re on the search for Apprentice Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) to join us!As a back of house Apprentice Team Member at Nando’s, you will be working towards a Level 2 Kitchen Services Apprenticeship over the duration of 12 months, learning and growing in your role. We’ll give you on the job training and development, on the job support, real-time coaching, and help you build your own unique learning plan.We believe growth is about more than just helping you to perform in your job, it’s about becoming a better person inside and outside of work!The role of a Back of House Nandoca is simple… to prepare and make the finest Peri-Peri meals to wow every guest.
