Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum Contract: Temporary, Full-time (35 hours per week) Location: Hybrid working – Alton office minimum two days per week Closing date: ASAP Benefits: Hybrid working, supportive and collaborative team environment, contribute to improving the lives of people affected by kidney disease We are searching for a Fundraising Assistant to join their Events and Community team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative, fundraising and event support, helping to deliver exceptional supporter experiences and ensuring the smooth running of community fundraising activities. The role will involve working with fundraisers and volunteers, maintaining accurate supporter records, coordinating fundraising materials, assisting with events, and leading a research project to identify future fundraising opportunities. This position would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised, and is passionate about supporting a worthwhile cause. To be successful as the Community Fundraising Assistant, you will need: Previous experience in a fundraising, charity, customer service, events or administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience of data entry and maintaining accurate records, alongside confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
