Job Description
Young Lives Foundation are recruiting volunteer wellbeing mentors (living in Kent) to support young people through one-to-one mentoring. Their mentors provide consistent, positive support to a young person, helping them build confidence, resilience, and life skills. No formal qualifications are required, and full training, safeguarding checks, and ongoing support are provided. They’re looking for people who are: Reliable and committed Good listeners with empathy and patience Interested in making a meaningful difference to a young person’s life The commitment is typically around 1–2 hours per week, for a minimum of 6 months.
