Income Processing Officer

Income Processing Officer | Immediate Start | Homebased Homebased | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm | 3-4 month contract (possible extension) We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected national charity for an experienced Income Processing Officer who can start immediately and quickly become a key part of the Finance and Fundraising team. What you’ll do Process and post fundraising income accurately. Import and maintain supporter donation data. Run and quality-check monthly Gift Aid claims. Process invoices and reconcile donation reports to bank receipts. Liaise with Finance, Fundraising teams and external agencies to ensure accurate coding and compliance. What we’re looking for Proven income processing experience, ideally within the charity/not-for-profit sector . Strong CRM skills ( Raiser’s Edge and/or Salesforce ). Good working knowledge of Excel , Crystal Reports and Microsoft Access . Solid understanding of Gift Aid, GDPR and fundraising compliance . Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently. Important information Immediate start available . Teams interviews . Basic DBS required before start .
