Team Assistant, Global Investment Fund, 12 month FTC

A leading Global Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join a highly successful investment fund in a fast-paced role supporting an MD and their team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. With a large presence in London and offices spanning the globe, you'll be joining a collaborative, driven, and growing business. If you're an experienced Assistant, ideally from Investment Banking, Investment Management, or professional services, looking for a challenging, high-impact role where you'll be an integral part of the team, read on. Supporting the MD and wider team, you will: Manage a demanding and ever-changing schedule with exceptional organisational skill Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones Plan and manage complex international travel Prepare detailed, accurate itineraries Take a proactive, ahead-of-the-curve approach to everything you do Liaise confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, by phone and in person, building strong working relationships To be considered, you'll bring proven experience as a Team Assistant within Investment Management, Investment Banking, or a similarly fast-paced, high-expectation international environment.
