The Role We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to a busy investment team. You'll be a trusted point of contact, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while liaising confidently with investors, advisers and senior stakeholders. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Personal Assistant or Senior Team Assistant from investment management, asset management, private equity, real estate or financial services. Key Responsibilities Manage complex diaries, meetings and stakeholder coordination. Arrange UK and international travel, itineraries and accommodation. Coordinate board meetings, investor events and team activities. Prepare presentations, reports and business documentation. Process invoices and maintain accurate records. Liaise with external advisers, suppliers and internal teams. Support office operations, facilities and general administration. About You Previous PA or Senior Team Assistant experience within financial services or investment. Strong diary management and stakeholder coordination skills. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Office skills; exposure to AI tools is advantageous. Professional, adaptable and collaborative, with a positive, can-do approach. Why Apply?
