What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be at the forefront of their recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilise innovative strategies to identify and engage high-calibre candidates across diverse channels 🌍
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans 🤝
- Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and providing feedback
- Building Relationships: Foster strong connections with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process 💬
- Analysing Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment data to continuously improve our strategies and processes
