Assembly Operatives

Kinetic Recruitment is supporting a global engineering company with the recruitment of Experienced Assembly Operatives. With over 70 years of industry expertise, our client is a world leader in engine-boosting turbo systems. Looking to expand their manufacturing team. Working Hours 37 hours per week Mon to Thurs : 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm Based in Handforth/Cheadle area What you will be doing * Assembling and disassembling turbochargers to high quality standards. * Rotating across different production areas to broaden your skills and experience. * Using hand tools and following technical drawings and work instructions. * Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process. * Recording production data accurately and working to production targets. * Working safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive production team. What we are looking for: * Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but we'll also consider candidates with transferable production experience. * Experience using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers. * Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. * Ability to work well within a team and meet production targets. * Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties. * Strong awareness of health and safety. * Good written and verbal communication skills.
