Job Description

The post-holder will work as a Research Assistant with Max Maier on the project 'Understanding the Heterogeneity of Behavioural Interventions Through Mixture Modelling', funded by a Behavioural Research UK (BR-UK) Commissioning Fund Accelerator Award. The post-holder will support the project with various tasks, such as study coding, data analysis, setting up online experiments, and writing. Please send any queries to max.maier@wbs.ac.uk. 8260222 Essential: Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in psychology, behavioural science, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline Proficiency in programming in R and in Python Strong grounding in quantitative research methods and statistics Excellent written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy (e.g., for study coding and data management) Ability to work collaboratively as part of a research team Ability to organise own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Desirable: Familiarity with LaTeX/Overleaf; Experience setting up experiments or surveys in Qualtrics; Experience with version control (e.g., Git/GitHub) and reproducible research workflows.
