We are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive to support lead generation, acquisition and stewardship through digital channels, and to grow engagement and donations from Rainbow Trust’s supporters. About the role: Reporting to the Digital marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and maximising digital channels to support fundraising, supporter engagement and organisational objectives. This includes managing and creating content across website, email, newsletters and social media platforms. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider teams, the postholder will create engaging, audience-focused content including copywriting, video and digital assets that increase awareness, engagement, fundraising income and supporter retention. The role requires a digital-first approach, using data, analytics and insight to continuously improve performance and supporter experience across all digital touchpoints. What we’re looking for: An influential and persuasive communicator for both online and offline content – you have professional experience in planning and delivering supporter engagement. Supportive and motivating – you engage the commitment of others and build and maintain strong working relationships.
