A rare opportunity to become the trusted right hand to an inspirational Founder. We're partnering with a leading global consultancy who are looking for an exceptional PA/EA to support their inspirational Founder. This is far more than a traditional EA role – it's a true business partnership where you'll become a trusted confidante, ambassador and extension of the Founder, helping to ensure their time, priorities and communications are managed with absolute precision. We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisational skills with genuine intellectual curiosity. You’ll ideally have a strong academic background, and a degree in a written subject such as English, Philosophy, Law, History. A big part of the role is speech writing and drafting of internal/external communications so this is paramount. Working at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing organisation, you'll play an integral role in enabling the Founder to focus on driving the business forward. You'll be someone who naturally stays two steps ahead, anticipates needs before they arise and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.
