Executive Assistant to CEO | Mayfair Reporting to the Chief of Staff, CEOs office and working alongside another Executive Assistant, this is an exceptional opportunity to support a highly successful Ultra-High-Net-Worth CEO within a leading international finance business based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a varied and fast-paced role, combining traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with elements of Private PA support. You will be responsible for managing an ever-changing diary, coordinating complex international travel, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's professional affairs. Alongside this, you will assist with a range of personal matters, including family travel arrangements, oversight of residential properties, insurance management and other lifestyle-related requirements. The CEO's office operates as a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, where discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are paramount. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly and executed to the highest possible standard. About You We are seeking a polished, proactive and highly dependable individual who enjoys operating at pace and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability The ability to take direction whilst also demonstrating initiative and proactivity Comfortable working from the office five days per week Flexibility to travel internationally on occasion, sometimes at short notice, alongside the CEO Experience supporting within a fast-paced corporate environment Desirable: A-level education (or equivalent) Secretarial, business administration or related professional qualifications In return, you will join a highly regarded international organisation of approximately 100 employees, working from stunning offices in Mayfair.
