Job Description
As a Community Activator Coach Apprentice you will:- Assist and coach at sessions run by ECiC- Develop positive relationships participants at sessions- Help plan and promote sessions and programmes withing ECiC- Establish, maintain and develop effective partnership working with stakeholders including relevant external agencies and organisations- Complete monitoring, evaluation and session recordings using internal and external systems.- Attend all scheduled supervision, meetings and training events.- Undertake professional development by participating in staff development (CPD) and training activities.- Any other duties as reasonably requested by the line manager / organisation.Alongside these responsibilities, you'll also be working towards your Community Activator Coach L2 qualification over the duration of 15 months.
