Job Description
As an Animal Care Apprentice, you will work alongside an experienced team to support the day-to-day running of the kennels and cattery. Duties will include:Providing general care for dogs and catsFeeding and ensuring fresh water is always availableExercising and walking dogsCleaning and maintaining kennels and cattery areas to a high standardMonitoring the health and wellbeing of animalsAssisting with basic grooming tasksHandling customer payments and cash transactionsSupporting the team with the daily operation of the businessDelivering excellent customer service to pet ownersWorking Pattern: 4–5 days per weekHours: 30–40 hours per weekApprenticeship Level: Open to applicants interested in any suitable Animal Care apprenticeship levelWage: £8.00 per hour
