Tom Rowland Eventing is an international event yard with horses ranging from 4 year olds to 5* horses. The team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 Equine Apprentice to join their friendly, professional team in Gloucestershire. This position is designed for individuals who already possess good experience with horses. In this role, you will work as part of a team and be expected to complete all normal yard tasks, including mucking out, turning out/bringing in, tacking up, feeding, grooming, bathing, and schooling for confident riders. You will receive guidance and support from the experienced head girl and a Level 3 Senior Equine Groom Apprentice. Tom, a Level 3 Eventing Coach, regularly teaches staff, providing further learning opportunities. The position offers plenty of riding for capable candidates. Ideal applicants should have a strong work ethic and a passion for succeeding in the equine industry. There is a possibility of advancing to a Level 3 Senior Equine Groom Apprenticeship upon completion of Level 2.
