Equine Groom Apprentice - Showjumping Yard

TSH Sports Horses seeks a motivated Equine Groom Apprentice who enrolls in either Level 2 or Level 3 Equine training, depending on experience, while gaining practical, hands-on experience in all aspects of yard life. The role involves daily care of horses, including feeding, grooming, turnout, and stable management, as well as mucking out and maintaining yard tidiness. The apprentice will also assist with exercise and turnout routines, with an opportunity to ride for the right candidate. To apply, candidates should possess a GCSE in English (grade 4) and Maths (grade 4). Skills such as communication, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential. Candidates must ensure daily transport to the yard, as no accommodation is available. This apprenticeship offers the chance to progress to Level 3 Senior Groom and possibilities for full-time employment upon completion.
