Job Description
This apprenticeship takes place in a yard rich with exceptional opportunities in the realm of show jumping, allowing you to travel to shows while caring for a variety of top horses. As an apprentice, you'll be engaged in essential duties including grooming, catching in/out, lunging, mucking out, and feeding. You will work 40 hours a week, starting at 7:30 am, with a weekend day required on a rota basis, and the potential for your working hours to vary based on show schedules. This role welcomes candidates with their own horse and offers possible accommodation. Applicants should have prior experience with horses and desirable qualifications include a GCSE in English and Maths (both at grade 4). Key skills needed for success include attention to detail, organisational abilities, problem-solving, logical thinking, teamwork, initiative, and patience.
