We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team. You’ll learn all aspects of hairdressing while working by towards a recognised qualification while learning in a professional salon environment.You will work alongside experienced stylists and receive hands on training. You will learn how to provide excellent customer service, support the day to day running of the salon and develop Assisting stylists, welcoming clients, maintain salon standards, develop customer service skills and confidence needed to become a successful hairstylist.Greeting and welcoming clients Assisting stylists with client preparation and consultationsShampooing, conditioning and treating hair Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the salon Preparing work stations and equipment Making refreshments for clients Answering telephone calls and assisting with bookings Learning, cutting, colouring, styling and hair extensions methods under supervision Supporting the team to ensure clients receive an exceptional salon experience Attending college/training sessions and completing apprenticeship coursework
