IT Apprentice

As an IT Apprentice, your primary role will be to fix IT problems via the telephone, email and remote access software.Key responsibilitiesRespond to and resolve IT issues via telephone, email and remote access softwareResolve support calls in the first instance, or liaise with suppliers or colleaguesProvide regular communications of ticket progress with usersEnsure the service desk ticketing system is always up to date and accurate with notes of all communicationsYou will haveGood problem-solving abilitiesExcellent telephone manner and customer service skillsThe ability to work within set guidelinesThis role will primarily be based at our Head Office in Exeter. Working hours are rotated from 07:30 to 16:30, to 8:30 to 17:30, to 09:00 to 18:00, Monday – Friday.
