As a Production Chef Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of kitchen operations, including our busy à la carte restaurant, weddings, conferences and large-scale events. Working alongside experienced chefs, you'll develop the practical skills, confidence and knowledge needed to build a successful career in hospitality.Our kitchen is committed to producing food to a two AA Rosette standard, with a strong focus on seasonal menus, locally sourced ingredients and minimising food waste wherever possible.
