Duties and Responsibilities:Data entry, updating employee and admin files using NetdocsMonitoring the HR Inbox, answering queries and escalating to others where necessaryAssisting with administration of employee benefits and wellbeing activitiesSupporting the firm's Joiner, Mover and Leaver processesCreating basic correspondence and communicating with partners and employees in person and on emailUpdating the HR pages on the intranetOrganising employee giftsAssisting with the preparation of reportsContributing to various projects and initiatives as requiredOther ad-hoc duties Why this team?We are proud of the important role our HR team playsin supporting the firm and its people.
