Job Description
As an Early Years Apprentice, you'll gain practical experience while working alongside qualified childcare professionals. You will support the learning, development, and care of children in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activitiesAssisting with the planning and delivery of engaging activitiesHelping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environmentBuilding positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesSupporting children's personal, social, and emotional developmentAssisting with meal times, hygiene routines, and general care needsObserving and recording children's progress and achievementsFollowing safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and proceduresHelping to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming settingWorking as part of a team to provide high-quality childcare and education
