This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and working towards targets — no previous recruitment experience required.You'll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants, learning how to source, screen and place candidates, while studying towards a nationally recognised recruitment qualification.Recruitment Apprentice ResponsibilitiesSourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting and internal databasesWriting, posting and updating job adverts, and monitoring candidate responsesBuilding and managing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment processProviding administrative support to the wider recruitment teamWorking towards agreed KPIs and recruitment targetsIdentifying new business opportunities and progressing leadsBuilding a pool of compliant, work-ready candidatesManaging a busy daily workload and prioritising tasks effectivelyRecruitment Apprentice RequirementsNo experience in recruitment is necessary — full training and support provided.
