What You’ll Do • Provide 1st Line IT Support to our clients • Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure • Handle calls, service tickets, and email requests through the Service Desk • Deliver both remote and on-site technical support • Respond quickly to system failures and technical issues • Create and maintain process documentation • Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution • Build and maintain strong client relationships Work Arrangement: This role is on-site (not remote).
