Fundraising Team Administrator £16.19 per hour 3 Month Temporary Contract Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office (one day must be Tuesday) London Starting: Week Commencing 3 August Looking for a fast paced fundraising support role where no two days are the same? A well known national charity is seeking a highly organised Fundraising Team Administrator to provide essential support during a particularly busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, working with data and spreadsheets, and supporting the delivery of high profile projects and events. Joining a friendly and collaborative fundraising team, you will play a key role in helping the department run smoothly as they prepare for a number of major events over the coming months. The Role As Fundraising Team Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support across the fundraising function, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities include: Providing day to day administrative support to a busy fundraising team Supporting the planning and coordination of four major fundraising events Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, databases and team records Producing reports and tracking information using Excel Coordinating meetings, diaries and team logistics Managing documentation and ensuring information is organised effectively Supporting multiple managers and prioritising requests from a range of stakeholders Assisting with process improvements and general team coordination About You We are looking for someone who has: Previous administration experience within a busy office environment Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data Excellent organisational and time management abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A proactive and flexible approach to work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What's on Offer? 3 month temporary contract Hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to support a successful fundraising team Varied and rewarding workload within the charity sector Immediate start available in August Application Process To apply, please submit your CV as soon as possible.
