Job Description

Our client is a well established consultancy specialising in the construction and property sector. They work with a wide range of commercial clients, providing expert advice and project support, and are looking for a proactive Office & Operations Assistant to join their friendly team. They are based in London Bridge. This is a varied, hands on role supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Responsibilities include general administration, setting up projects on internal systems, coordinating suppliers, managing the shared inbox, organising meetings and events, ordering office supplies and providing wider operational support as needed. The ideal candidate will be confident using IT, highly organised and happy managing a varied workload in a fast paced environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm. Hybrid working, 3 days office, two days working from home, there will be an initial office based training period. Salary: £15,600 per annum, plus 20 days' annual leave (pro rata), bank holidays, additional Christmas leave and a range of benefits following probation.
