Our client, an award-winning wealth management partnership, is looking for a highly organised and resilient Assistant to support two busy Wealth Planning Directors. This is a hybrid role, working four days from the office and one day from home. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, so the ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, manage their time effectively, and consistently deliver to a high standard. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar support role, ideally within financial services, and will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including external banks and providers. Day to day, you will manage a high volume of work, so strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and confident use of Microsoft Office are all essential. Experience dealing with high-net-worth and demanding clients will be a distinct advantage. You will be a collaborative team player who maintains professionalism and discretion, and who handles sensitive information with care. A proactive problem-solver by nature, you will take ownership of tasks from start to finish, adapt readily to change, and support colleagues and senior management alike. Hours: Office based with WFH day potential Based: Mayfair Duties include but are not limited to: Providing comprehensive administrative support, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, diary management, and scheduling meetings Maintaining accurate records, both electronically and in hard copy, and preparing paperwork for client meetings and business submissions Acting as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, liaising across departments including investment and operational teams Assisting with the planning and organisation of internal and client events Ensuring compliance with client service requirements and supporting team members with ad hoc tasks as required Minute taking ***Joyce Guiness is one of the longest established business support recruitment agencies in London.
