Connect Appointments is recruiting a Production/Hygiene Operative to join an established food manufacturing business based in Kirkcaldy.Our client is an award-winning frozen food manufacturer with over 30 years of history, part of an international food group supplying major retail and foodservice brands from their busy Fife facility.What's on offer?Ongoing temporary positionSunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6amPaid weekly at 14.27 per hourAs a Production/Hygiene Operative, your duties will include:Packing and labelling finished products accuratelyPreparing and processing raw materialsCleaning production machinery, equipment and factory areas as part of daily hygiene proceduresOperating production machinery including mixing equipment and production lines - full training providedLifting and moving boxes weighing approximately 15 to 20kgTo be considered as a Production/Hygiene Operative, you will need:Good physical fitness due to the manual handling requirements of the roleA reliable, thorough approach to work with an understanding of hygiene and food safety standardsThe ability to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyInterested in this Production/Hygiene Operative role?
