Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced Pipefitter to join our Paisley-based client on a temporary to permanent basis.Our client is an established business operating within the industrial sector, undertaking fabrication and installation projects across both workshop and site environments.What's on offer?Ongoing temporary to permanent opportunityMonday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4:30pm; Friday, 140019 per hour (PAYE) or 24 per hour (CIS)As a Pipefitter, your duties will include:Fabricating and installing stainless steel pipe runs in an industrial environmentFollowing pipework schematics accurately to specificationAbility to TIG weld or tac weld beneficialWorking across both workshop and onsite environments as requiredAdhering to all site health and safety requirements at all timesThe ideal Pipefitter will have:Proven experience in pipefitting and fabrication of stainless steel pipeworkThe ability to read and interpret pipework schematicsTIG welding, preferred but tack welding consideredThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamA proactive, safety-conscious approach to work CATECH
