We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Office Administrator to join a friendly and busy team based near Tower Bridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining accounts support with general administration and office coordination.

📍 Tower Bridge, London (11-minute walk from London Bridge Station)
💷 £15 per hour
⏰ 9:00am - 5:00pm
📅 2-3 month temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing the Accounts Payable inbox


• Downloading and processing invoices


• Checking supplier statements and resolving queries


• Booking hotels and travel arrangements


• Managing fuel card administration


• Providing day-to-day administrative support to engineers


• Assisting with office administration and ad hoc duties as required


• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date

About You

• Previous experience within an administrative role


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills


• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a busy environment


• Previous accounts experience is desirable


• Sage experience is desirable
