Eryri National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park.
Our Integrated Natural Resource Schemes aim to manage enhance and protect our Designated Landscapes, as well as farming communities and the local economy.
We are now looking for a Projects Administrator to join us and support our INRS project on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week for a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2029.

The Role
As a Projects Administrator, you will provide vital administrative and financial support to help deliver projects that promote regenerative farming and sustainable woodland management across Eryri National Park.
Working closely with the Programme Manager, Project Officers and Finance Team, you will support the day-to-day administration of the INRS projects. You will monitor budgets, process grant agreements, claims and payments, and ensure financial information is accurate and available for reporting.
You will also help maintain effective project governance by preparing meeting papers, taking minutes, processing invoices and contributing data for project reports and evaluations.
Additionally, you will:
- Assist with project mapping using QGIS and provide required data
- Communicate with farmers, partners and agreement holders throughout the projects
- Obtain and process information to help prevent double funding
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of projects through accurate data collection and reporting
About You
To be considered as a Projects Administrator, you will need:
- The ability to work through the medium of Welsh
- Experience of supporting the delivery of conservation projects and programmes through administrative duties and basic communications
- Experience of working with administrative systems
- Confidence in monitoring and recording expenditure through a database system
- Competency in scheduling meetings and taking accurate, confidential minutes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in software packages such as Excel and Word
- At a minimum, GCSES or equivalent or equivalent experience
