Visitor Experience Assistant Part-time, Annualised: 1250 hours per year – London £18,500 per annum About Us The Royal Air Force Museum is as a national museum, a Government non-departmental public body (NDPB) and a registered charity. We have two public sites in the Midlands and London and a stored collection at Stafford. Our purpose is to share the RAF story - past, present and future - using the stories of its people and our collections to engage, inform and inspire. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate team member who understands and are committed to providing customer service excellence and puts the visitor at the centre of everything they do. The ideal candidate will have previous visitor facing experience ideally in a leisure or heritage environment.
