Food & Beverage Operative | Duxbury Park Golf Course Contract Casual Salary £10.85 to £12.71 Primary objectives for the Food and Beverage Assistant will be: To supervise the day to day operations of the bar and catering facilities. To ensure the highest possible standards of Health and Safety and customer care. The Food and Beverage Assistant will focus day to day on the following tasks To supervise the day to day operation of the bar, restaurant and kitchen of the Centre. To prepare and cook meals and snacks in accordance with the requirements of the Centre. To undertake front of house bar duties as necessary. To ensure that all food is covered, stored, labelled and dated to meet the food safety General Food Hygiene Regulations 1995 or the terms of subsequent legislation. Make sure that food is handled, stored, prepared and served in such a way and such condition as to prevent and contamination of food and drink. To ensure that the kitchen and bar areas are entered only by authorised persons.
