Perform investor account opening and maintenance and all related tasks in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. Perform investor account opening and maintenance (KYC/AML) Production of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting Resolution of asset manager and investor's queries Ensure the overall client's satisfaction Implementation and conversion of new clients Participate and/or own as attributed any projects (take-on projects, fund launches, mergers, new fee model implementation,..etc); analyse any legal / operational documents and provide feedback to the project team Fulfil additional, relevant, appropriate tasks to the senior position role and business requirements
